According to documents obtained by Page Six, Thomas Weidenmüller, the man Petty allegedly assaulted, has filed a motion seeking to enforce payment by placing a lien and potential sale order on Minaj’s 11-bedroom Hidden Hills property. The action comes after months of alleged noncompliance with the court’s payment directive, despite repeated collection attempts.
Weidenmüller’s legal filing outlines that Nicki Minaj and Petty owe over $500,000 in damages. The filing argues that with the property’s value estimated at $20 million, there is sufficient equity to satisfy the debt even after accounting for existing mortgage and exemption obligations.

Court records indicate that Nicki Minaj’s Hidden Hills residence carries a $13.2 million mortgage lien and a $722,151 homestead exemption, totaling just under $14 million in financial encumbrances. With roughly $6 million in remaining equity, Weidenmüller’s lawyers contend that selling the home would easily cover the outstanding judgment, accrued interest, and enforcement costs.
“The property provides more than enough value to fully resolve this matter,” the filing states. “Minaj’s financial capacity is unquestionable, making her refusal to comply with the court’s order both unjustified and obstructive.”
