RHOBH Star Bozoma Saint John Marries Keely Watson in Ghana Ahead of L.A. Wedding

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Bozoma “Boz” Saint John and Keely Watson are officially married after exchanging vows in a traditional Ghanaian ceremony in Accra on Friday, August 21, 2026. The celebration took place at the home of former Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo and was attended by hundreds of guests.

The Ghana ceremony is only the first part of the couple’s wedding plans. Boz and Watson are scheduled to have a second wedding celebration in Los Angeles on November 21, giving them an opportunity to celebrate their marriage again with family, friends and their wider community.

A Wedding Rooted in Ghanaian Culture

For Bozoma, celebrating in Ghana carries deep personal and cultural significance. She spent part of her childhood in Ghana and both she and Watson hold Ghanaian citizenship. Bozoma became a Ghanaian citizen in 2022, while Watson acquired his citizenship in 2025.

The couple’s Ghanaian celebration was designed around the communal nature of traditional weddings, where bringing families and communities together is just as important as celebrating the couple themselves. Bozoma has previously expressed excitement about sharing that cultural experience with a wider audience.

Bozoma and Keely’s Second Chance at Love

The wedding represents a major new chapter for Bozoma, who became engaged to Watson in August 2025 following a surprise proposal in West Hollywood. The couple’s relationship has been featured prominently in her RHOBH storyline.

Bozoma has previously described her relationship and upcoming marriage as a reflection of resilience and divine timing. Her journey to the altar has also carried special emotional significance after the death of her first husband, Peter Saint John, in 2013. Rather than choosing between Ghana and Los Angeles, Bozoma and Watson decided to celebrate their union in both places. Their two ceremonies were planned months in advance, with Watson revealing the dates during Bozoma’s January appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

The couple’s approach has allowed them to combine cultural tradition with a celebration closer to their Los Angeles home. The L.A. event on November 21 will effectively give their friends and loved ones another opportunity to celebrate the newlyweds.

The ‘RHOBH’ Cast Heads to Ghana

Bozoma’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars have also been in Ghana as cameras rolled for Season 16. Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke and Kathy Hilton were among the cast members spotted taking part in pre-wedding festivities ahead of the ceremony. That means Bozoma’s Ghanaian wedding could become an important part of the upcoming season, particularly given the combination of reality-TV drama, international travel and a major cultural celebration.

Bozoma and Watson’s wedding follows months of celebrations, including a Ghanaian-inspired Los Angeles bridal shower held in May. The couple have steadily built anticipation around their two-part wedding journey. For Bozoma, the occasion represents more than simply walking down the aisle. It is a celebration of love, family, culture and a new chapter—and Ghana provided the perfect setting for the first official beginning.

Bozoma Saint John and Keely Watson have officially said “I do” in Ghana, surrounded by hundreds of guests and immersed in Ghanaian wedding traditions. With another celebration planned for Los Angeles in November, the RHOBH star’s wedding journey is far from over.
